Shipping Policy

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.Delivery lead times are as follows:

  • Peninsula Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.

Leeann.com charges a standard shipping & handling fee of RM10.00 (West Malaysia) and RM20.00 (East Malaysia) with every transaction. * subject to change by the management.

  • Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders.
  • To receive free shipping, just place an order with merchandise worth over RM120 (West Malaysia) or RM150 (East Malaysia) to qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard shipping.
  • Not applicable for shipping changes including intercepts, change of address, and to free trade zone which may be subject to additional fee per shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Normal priced items are exchangeable within 14 days from your invoice date.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect.  In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

Exchange values are all in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia.
